Cavish were appointed due to the higher levels of complexity involved in this small works scheme, to construct a hexagonal glulam timber structure on a RC raft slab with plinth walls. Further work included:

• Provision of new drainage system, inclusive of replacement and enlargement of attenuation tank.
• New incoming services.
• Minimal external works to connect new building with existing infrastructure.

 The perfect fitment of the pre-made structure on our foundations demonstrated the quality and professionalism of our in house engineering and formwork teams.
