Over a high paced 28 week period Cavish completed all groundworks for two distribution centre units at 35,000sqft and 75,000sqft. Following on from and Earthworks enabling contractor, Cavish completed the following:

• Foundations and installation of precast concrete retaining wall solution complete with drainage.
• Traditional pad foundation arrangement.
• Extensive large diameter drainage, inc. installation of 2 full retention oil interceptors.
• Fully validated gas membrane to CS2 condition.
• Brushed external service yard works.
• A new footpath to existing highway.
• Block paved car parks to both units.
• Builders working connection with all services to the buildings.

 Cavish were able to secure and deliver successfully further works internally, this included FM2 power floated floor slabs, utilising armour joints.
